Responsibilities:
Secretary
to Associate Pastor, Minister of Students and the Minister of Music
and Worship; serve as greeter in church office; answer phones;
layout and publishing of weekly newsletter and Sunday Bulletin,
along with other special publications; loading of Sunday School
attendance into ACS, and maintaining all membership records;
preparing of attendance rolls for all organizations; mail-outs for
Sunday School classes or committees; postage reports (weekly and
yearly); composing of letters and postcards for different groups in
the church
